This document is not an approved agreement or effective policy. It must not be adopted until missing information and legal decisions are verified. The date records only the draft revision.
01Service definitions
Resources, management scope, licences and locations for Cloud VPS, Performance VPS and Dedicated Servers must be defined in an approved order document. The demo catalogue is not live stock or a binding offer.
02Orders and acceptance
Contract formation, order acceptance, customer eligibility and provisioning processes await approval. This frontend does not create orders or take payment. No installation date or automatic provisioning commitment is made.
03Payment and renewal
Currency, taxes, payment methods, invoicing dates, renewal notices and automatic-renewal preferences must be verified by the business. Demo prices are not final contractual charges; late-payment and collection provisions have not been adopted.
04Account and use responsibilities
The draft covers accurate account information, authorized access, secure credentials and lawful workload management. Allocation of backup, update and licensing responsibilities must be clarified against the service scope. The Acceptable Use Policy requires separate review.
05Suspension and termination
Proportionate intervention, notice, appeal and data-access processes must be defined for security threats, abuse or payment disputes. This draft does not establish automatic data deletion or unrestricted suspension powers.
06Liability and governing law
Liability limits, exclusions, consumer rights, document precedence and dispute resolution await specialist review. Mandatory local rights for a UK entity serving international customers require separate assessment. This draft contains no waiver of rights or binding choice of jurisdiction.
Verified legal entity details, operational records and legal review are required. Draft status must remain until every pending-verification item is completed with actual information.
