Service Level Agreement
Draft covering measurement, incident management and service credits.
This document is not an approved agreement or effective policy. It must not be adopted until missing information and legal decisions are verified. The date records only the draft revision.
01Availability measurement
Covered products, measurement points, observation windows, downtime definitions and record sources require approval. A possible model is available time divided by eligible observation time; this model and denominator exclusions have not been adopted. No availability percentage is approved.
02Exclusions
Scheduled maintenance, customer configuration, third-party dependencies and events outside control require individual assessment of scope, evidence and notice rules. This draft does not automatically exclude these events.
03Incident management
Detection, prioritization, notification, escalation and closure responsibilities must be defined. Monitoring systems and the official status channel require verification. No response or resolution time is guaranteed; the frontend status page is not evidence of live monitoring.
04Service credits
No verified credit rate, cap, claim window, eligibility or calculation rule has been supplied. No credit amount is published. Approved terms must specify required evidence, assessment and appeal processes and their relationship to other rights.
Verified legal entity details, operational records and legal review are required. Draft status must remain until every pending-verification item is completed with actual information.
