Acceptable Use Policy
Draft rules for abuse prevention and network security.
This document is not an approved agreement or effective policy. It must not be adopted until missing information and legal decisions are verified. The date records only the draft revision.
01Spam and abuse
The scope of prohibitions and evidence assessment must be established for unsolicited bulk messaging, phishing, fraud and infringement of third-party rights. This section is not an approved enforcement procedure.
02Unauthorized access and malicious activity
Unauthorized access, malware distribution, denial of service and threats to network integrity must be addressed. Security testing requires explicit authorization and a defined scope; hosting does not authorize testing third-party systems.
03Abuse reports
A verified abuse address and tracking process have not been supplied. Reports should be designed to capture event time and timezone, relevant IP/URL, a brief description and necessary evidence. Passwords, private keys and unnecessary personal data should not be requested.
04Response and appeal
Ownership must be assigned for urgent mitigation, customer notice, evidence retention, proportionate restrictions and appeals. Response times and enforcement measures are not approved; this page is not an operational abuse reporting system.
Verified legal entity details, operational records and legal review are required. Draft status must remain until every pending-verification item is completed with actual information.
